Flagship Carrier with 200+ Fleet Size Embraces AI to Improve Productivity by 3x

As one of the world’s oldest airlines, this flagship carrier has not only stayed in business but has been successful throughout its history because of its adaptability. They have a 200+ Fleet Size made up of mostly Boeing and Airbus aircraft, and are at the forefront of driving the adoption of AI for their maintenance operations. 

As part of its willingness and ability to change with the times, this airline has been making investments in new technologies to improve working processes and increase output.

Specifically, the carrier was looking to surmount tech ops challenges related to the supply chain such as:

• Lead-time issues
• Missed cost savings opportunities
• Long procurement processing times
• Lack of supply chain visibility and analytics due to manual processes.
• High logistics costs
